Dauphin
Dauphin was a provincial electoral division in the Canadian province of Manitoba. It was created in 1881 with the expansion of the province's western boundary, eliminated in 1886, re-established in 1892, and finally abolished in 1999. Most of its territory went to the new riding of Dauphin-Roblin, though a small amount went to the riding of Swan River. The above text is a snippet from Wikipedia: Dauphin (provincial electoral district)
