Let's Talk About It is the second album by R&B singer, Carl Thomas, released on March 23, 2004. Originally scheduled for a late 2003 release, the album was delayed several months due to Bad Boy Records entering into a new distribution deal with Universal Records. Let's Talk About It was not a commercial success due to a couple factors. The first of which was Thomas' extended time between albums. Also, the promotion of the album was cut short due to Thomas' brother being gunned down several months after the album's release.
