"Stutter" is a 2000 song by American R&B singer Joe. The original version of the song was produced by Roy "Royalty" Hamilton and Teddy Riley and written by Roy "Royalty" Hamilton and Ernest E. Dixon. A remix by Soulstar features rapper Mystikal, and was a number-one hit on the Billboard Hot 100 in the United States for four weeks in 2001.
