Digoxin
Digoxin INN is a purified cardiac glycoside similar to Digitoxin extracted from the foxglove plant, Digitalis lanata, which was discovered by William Withering. Its corresponding aglycone is digoxigenin, and its acetyl derivative is acetyldigoxin.
