Scarecrow

The Scarecrow is a fictional character, a supervillain that appears in comic books published by DC Comics. The character first appeared in World's Finest Comics #3 and was created by Bob Kane and Bill Finger. His alter ego is Dr. Jonathan Crane, a psychologist who uses a variety of drugs and psychological tactics to exploit the fears and phobias of his adversaries. He is a member of Batman's rogues gallery.
