Another day, another terrific tool courtesy of Jeff Davidson over at Kotwords. This time it’s a tool to make Helter Skelter puzzles, which is a variety puzzle I really like. So I had to try it out and make one!
This may be a variety puzzle type some of you may be unfamiliar with, so here’s how it works:
In a Helter Skelter puzzle, the answers interlock in eight different directions. To solve, put the entry corresponding to each clue beginning in the square with the clue number, proceeding toward — and possibly beyond — the next number. The lengths of the entries are for you to determine. When completed, every square in the puzzle will be filled.
